COMMON REQUESTS
Cancel or manage your subscription
LoveStack subscriptions are billed through Apple. To cancel, change, or refund a subscription:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select LoveStack and choose Cancel Subscription
For refund requests, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Delete your account
You can delete your account from inside the app:
- Open LoveStack and go to Account
- Scroll to Danger Zone
- Tap Delete Account and confirm
Account deletion is permanent and removes all your data. If you can't access the app, email us and we'll handle the deletion for you.
Change your email or password
Email us at contact@lovestack.com with your current account email and what you'd like to change.
Report a bug or send feedback
You can send feedback from inside the app via Account → Send feedback, or email us directly.
